My name is Adina and I'm a born and raised New Yorker who followed my heart and ended up in Jersey with my fiancé and a whole new set of dreams :) I'm a long-time corporate girlie who decided I needed to embark on a path of passion rather than obligation. I have loved beauty and wellness since I came out of the womb, and my true motivation lies in connecting with others and empowering them to feel vibrant in their mind, body and souls. I am certified in life, health and relationship coaching and am experienced in leading wellness workshops for inner and outer vitality. My clients will come for body contouring and leave with a better understanding of their bodies and lifestyle needs.
